The founder of Employee Growth Partner, Justin Allen, has has had a unique journey that has seen him go from a professional athlete, to a data analytics executive, a life coach, a marketing CEO, and an entrepreneur all while undergoing two different battles with cancer and severe depression that almost claimed his life. Along the way Justin has earned several national courage awards and has been honored for his resilience and strength.
As a marketing CEO, Justin’s agency executed full scale direct marketing for million dollar organizations, successful entrepreneurs, and exciting startups. As CEO, Justin’s first course of action was to shift the company culture and employee satisfaction. This is when Justin implemented “Personal Development Coaching” with each employee. The goal was to set personal and professional goals, create an action plan to execute, and develop a system for accountability.
As a personal development coach, Justin has coached 100’s of entrepreneurs, athletes, and executives. Justin created the EGP curriculum utilizing the knowledge he acquired as a life coach, the experience pursuing his own dreams and goals as an entrepreneur, along with his experience as a CEO.
