Methodology: The Journey to Excellence

The Leadership & Employee Coaching journey will encompass a combination of one-on-one coaching sessions (in-person, video calls, or phone calls), monthly video group coaching sessions, community connections, daily and weekly personal and business development resources, accountability, and ongoing support. I also believe it is vital to an organization’s success to coach, guide and challenge leaders and employees to identify, articulate, and pursue their own personal and professional goals. These goals encompass various aspects of their lives, including professional growth, personal development, financial stability, and work-life balance.

Measuring Success: Evaluating the Impact

Throughout the Leadership & Employee Coaching engagement, we will conduct regular progress assessments, practice weekly, and even daily, accountability, gather feedback from leaders and employees, and analyze tangible improvements in leadership and employee effectiveness and overall organizational performance.

Program Phase 1

The first step of the Employee Growth Partner program is to set the foundation for the next 6 -12 months of coaching. The programs success will be elevated by doing a deep dive and gaining an understanding for your organizations business, employee, and leadership needs.

There are 2 main methods EGP will use to achieve this goal:

1. The execution of a strategy session between Employee Growth Partner and your organization’s leadership.

2. The execution of an Employee Net Promoter Quiz (eNPS)


Strategy

Employee Growth Partners will conduct a one hour strategy session with your organizations leadership team to discuss and understand the current landscape of your business, gain an understanding of the organizations current needs, identify the leaderships goals for the coaching program, and other insightful information that can be useful in improving the coaching program for employees and leaders.

  • There will be two strategy sessions executed between your organization and Employee Growth Partner.
  • One before the start of the coaching program.
  • One at the completion of the coaching program.


Employee Net Promoter Quiz (eNPS)

Employee Net Promoter Score, or eNPS, is a scoring system designed to help employers measure employee satisfaction and loyalty within their organization. The Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) system consists of a two-question survey:

  • The first question asks employees to rate, on a scale from zero to ten, how likely they are to recommend the organization as a place to work.
  • The second is an open-ended question asking why they chose the rating they did. Quiz Execution. 
  • Before the first coaching session or the leadership strategy session is executed, Employee Growth Partner will administer an Employee Net Promoter Quiz to gain Insight from the leaders/employees at your organization.
  • The quiz results will remain anonymous and will be utilized only for Employee Growth Partner insight into the current landscape of employee satisfaction at your organization.
  • The quiz will also be administered at the completion of the contract to gauge and changes or future insights that can help Employee Growth Partners aid your organization in improving the performance of their employees and leaders.


Program Phase 2

The Employee Growth Partner Process is comprised of several different forms of coaching and accountability to ensure that both leaders and employees are provided the resources, mentorship, and structure to create sustainable growth, in as little as 6 months.

There are 4 main methods EGP will use to achieve this goal:

  1. Individual One-On-One Coaching
  2. Group Coaching
  3. Daily Accountability
  4. Coaching Community
Individual One-On-One Coaching
  • EGP will meet with each employee (that is signed up for the program) one or two times per month, for a total of 6 or 12 months (12 individual sessions).
  • Each individual coaching session is 60 minutes long, never shorter, sometimes longer based on the needs of the individual during the session.
  • Sessions can take place in-person, via video chat, or via phone depending on the requirements set by your leadership or at the discretion/needs of each individual employee.
  • Each session will have a “coaching focus” based on the results of the employee net promoter quiz, leadership feedback, and Employee Growth Partners curated curriculum.


Monthly Group Coaching
  • Once a month, Employee Growth Partner will hold a group coaching call with the entire team of employees enrolled in the coaching program.
  • The group coaching call will be executed via a video call.
  • There will be a total of 6 or 12 group coaching calls, depending on the options selected (one per month).
  • Each group coaching call will last for 60 minutes.
  • During group coaching calls we will discuss personal development or leadership training topics, acknowledge wins, discuss challenges, and connect with each other at a deeper level.


Daily Accountability
  • Employee Growth Partner will create a personal and private coaching board, utilizing Trello for each enrolled employee to access.
  • The Employee Growth Partner coaching board will provide employees with the following:
  • Coaching session notes, which are accessible for the employee to review after each session (updated and accessible within 2 hours of the session).
  • A journaling platform for the employee to share their thoughts, feelings, and actions for both their own review and my review to help coach them more effectively.
  • Accountability through action items after each session. The employee will be expected to follow through on action items agreed upon after each session. Using the trello board, both the employee and myself, will be able to track their success and struggles as well as identify action items that are either missed or completed.
Community
  • Employee Growth Partner will develop and manage a group community utilizing your companies preferred chat software (such as Slack) or a third-party chat software (example: Whatsapp).
  • Employee Growth Partner will be communicating with employees and leaders on a daily basis for the extent of the contract.
  • Within the Group Coaching Community, Employee Growth partner will provide the following:
  • Curated content with the intention or providing thought provoking information around personal development and leadership training.
  • Coaching questions to spark conversations with the intention of creating connections between employees.
  • Resources; such as podcasts, articles, research, studies, and more to create momentum towards individual coaching goals, spark conversation, and provide insights that can be used for each individual’s personal growth


Employee Growth Partner Curriculum


The Employee Growth Partner curriculum will be completely custom built and discussed with your team to ensure it meets the organizations needs. The program foundationaly executes sessions that focus on helping employees and leaders gain clarity, improve their energy, gain the courage needed to execute their roles, communication/relationship strategies, and much more. Sessions will also be tailored to each individual employee and will be adjusted based on the employees strengths, weaknesses, and needs.

Program Overview & Pricing

Option 1:
6 Months Of Coaching (2 sessions a month)

Employee Growth Partner will provide the following:

  • Employees/leaders will be selected by your leadership team and will complete 6 months of the Employee Growth Partner coaching program.
  • Participating employees will attend (12) one-on-one coaching sessions.
  • (2) 1 hour coaching sessions per month (Bi-weekly)
  • Participating employees will attend (6) group coaching calls. 
  • (1) 1 hour group coaching session per month
  • Participating employees will gain access to a custom coaching board.
  • Participating employees will gain entry to the group coaching community (on a platform to be decided later).
  • (2) eNPS quizzes
  • (2) 1 hour leadership strategy sessions.


Option 2:
12 months of coaching (1 sessions a month)

Employee Growth Partner will provide the following:

  • Employees/leaders will be selected by your leadership and will complete 12 months of the Employee Growth Partner coaching program.
  • Participating employees will attend 12 total one-on-one coaching sessions.
  • (1) 1 hour coaching session per month.
  • Participating employees will attend (12) 1 hour group coaching sessions.
  • (1) 1 hour group coaching session per month
  • Participating employees will gain access to a custom coaching board.
  • Participating employees will gain entry to the group coaching community (on a platform to be decided later).
  • (2) eNPS quizzes
  • (2) 1 hour leadership strategy sessions.


Please Note:

  • Pricing is based on the number of employees enrolled into the program and the length of the coaching program (6-12 months)
  • All coaching sessions are a minimum of a 6 month contract.
